「ゲストハウス北政」では、多治見を代表する陶芸家・柴田節郎先生が主宰する「やきもの教室杜の土」と提携しております。
柴田先生は陶芸教室の傍ら、滞在型作陶施設「HO-CA（Home of Cray Art）」も主宰しており、海外から陶芸を学びに来るゲストが同じ空間で作陶に励んでいます。そんなインターナショナルな雰囲気の中で、陶芸体験をお楽しみいただけます。
Guest House “Kitamasa” is affiliated with the Ceramic Classroom “Mori no Tsuchi”, run by Tajimi’s leading ceramic artist, Mr. Setsuro Shibata.
In addition to teaching pottery classes, Mr. Shibata also runs the residential pottery-making facility “HO-CA (Home of Cray Art),” where guests from overseas come to learn pottery making in the same space. You can enjoy a pottery experience in such an international atmosphere.

Board making experience | 板作り体験
板づくり（タタラ作り）は粘土板を貼り合わせる陶芸の技法です。土の板を貼り付けたり練ったり、粘土や紙工作のように形を作っていきます。
Board making (“tatara” making) is a pottery technique in which clay plates are pasted together. We stick clay plates together, knead them, and create shapes similar to clay or paper crafts.
Hand making experience | 手びねり体験
自由に粘土で形を作れる手びねりは、幼少の頃に戻った感覚を楽しめます。
Hand-shaping allows you to freely create shapes with clay, and you can enjoy the feeling of returning to your childhood.
Electric potter’s wheel experience | 電動ろくろ体験
ろくろを回して形を形成させていきます。初めての方も陶芸家の先生がしっかりサポートしますので安心です。
The shape is formed by turning the potter’s wheel. Even if it’s your first time, you don’t have to worry as the potter teacher will give you full support.

Contents | 内容
– 粘土2.5Kgで2点まで焼成できます。3点目からは別途焼成料金がかかります。
– 織部・志野・黄瀬戸・天目など、種類豊富な釉薬からお好みのものを選べます。
– 焼成後、教室より作品を郵送（着払い）します。お届けまでの目安は約1ヶ月です。
– You can fire up to 2 items with 2.5Kg of clay.
– Two items are included in the price of 4000yen. There will be an additional fee for each one you make.
– You can choose your favorite from a wide variety of glazes, including Oribe, Shino, Kiseto, and Tenmoku.
– After firing, the work will be mailed (cash on delivery) from the classroom. Estimated delivery time is approximately one (1) month.
