当ゲストハウスにお越しいただけなくなったのは大変残念ですが、キャンセル料は以下のようにご請求させていただきます。

We are very sorry to hear that you are unable to visit us this time.
We will be charging you the cancellation fee as follows.

前日（〜18:00）のキャンセル：1泊分の50%
Cancellation until 6:00 pm one day before arrival: 50% of one night’s rate

当日のキャンセル：1泊分の宿泊料金の100％（2泊以上の場合：1泊目の100％と2泊目の50％）
Cancellation after 6:00 pm one day before arrival, or on the day of arrival: 100% of one night’s rate
* In case you have booked for multiple nights, 100% of the first night’s rate and 50% of the second night’s rate will be charged.

ご連絡なくお越しにいただけなかった時：全泊分の料金の100%
No show and reduction of nights: 100% of the total stay
